Holy Crap, A Lot Has Happened!

Well, first of all… my apologies. I feel like I was doing so good at these updates, and then we got super busy. Plus, trying to do them for Jaret Ray Reddick and Bowling for Soup was a bit of an undertaking.
That said, I really do enjoy doing these, and my goal is to get back to doing them more.
Anyway… holy crap, a lot has happened. I’m not gonna try and go back and catch you guys up on everything, as I’m sure I’ve beaten you over the head enough on social media. Ha!
I can tell you that going into the studio back in February was a really awesome experience. Definitely up there with my favorite record-making experiences of all time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. None of us could.
I’m so excited for you guys to hear these songs – but understanding that sometimes it takes a while to get the music from the studio to your ears, please be patient with us! Pretty please!
Our cover of Simple Plan’s “I’m Just a Kid” is out everywhere, and we’re so happy that you guys love it as much as we do. If you haven’t watched the video, it’s extremely special. All of the photos are fan-submitted – people doing something they loved as a kid and still love now. Our amazing photographer/videographer, Amy, absolutely nailed putting it all together.
It hits me in the feels every time.
So what is next??!?!

We have another pop-punk cover coming soon… and it is a REALLY good one.

We are turning 32!! We will be playing at the all-new Rollertown Brewery in Downtown Frisco, TX. Our good buddies Van Full Of Nuns will be starting the night with pop punk covers, originals, and loads of fun!
I just spent my bday at this place a few weeks ago, and it is going to be AWESOME!!

I’m not sure I was supposed to say that… but hey… I’m the boss, right?!? (I think management held this back so I didn't ruin the surprise! I wanted to tell y'all last week!)
I don’t remember ever doing a proper summer tour in the UK – it’s always been festivals! We are so stoked to see you guys and hoping for lots of sun and fun!!

We will finish off the summer with another leg of the BIGGER THAN YOU THINK TOUR with our longtime buddies Simple Plan and the great 3OH!3.
Last year’s tour was one of the most fun tours I can remember ever being on. We’ve known Simple Plan now for almost 25 years, and it never gets old seeing them do their thing.
3OH!3 we knew from various Warped Tours, and we’d always wanted to really hang with them – and we hit it off exactly like I knew we would.
The shows are sure to put a smile on your face, and the nostalgia of the music is just absolutely wonderful.
Well, I realize this blog has been mostly business – but at least this catches us up.
I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone out on the road. This break has been awesome, but it’s been a long one, so it’ll be good to see your faces.
